2021-2022 DTSOI Enrollment Instructions

**PLEASE NOTE: Enrollment goes LIVE on January 25, 2021 at 10:00AM**

THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS ONLY APPLY IF THE DECLARATION OF INTENT TO ENROLL IS OPEN: 

Fill out the Declaration of Intent to Enroll to be placed on the waiting list for ON CAMPUS/FACE TO FACE Enrollment to Don Tyson School of Innovation. 

  • Click on and complete the “Declaration of Intent to Enroll” link. This places your student on the waiting list for any upcoming availability. 
    • Information Required to complete Intent to Enroll:
      • Student Name
      • Student Birthday
      • Parent/Guardian Name(s)
      • Parent/Guardian Email Address
      • Parent/Guardian Address & Phone Number
      • Student’s Grade for the 2021-2022 school year
  • If an opening becomes available you will receive an email with instructions for completing the registration process. Openings will continue to be filled throughout the spring and summer on a first come, first serve basis.
