ACT vs SAT vs ACCUPLACER
Which test is right for you?
A good rule of thumb is to search the admission pages of the schools you are considering applying to. The admissions pages of each college or university will list the entrance exam you need to take for acceptance, as well as the lowest score possible for admittance.
Based on the material covered in the exams, we encourage students to wait to take any entrance exam until they are in the 2nd semester of Algebra II.
Each student will take a free ACT test in the Spring of their Junior year.
The Accuplacer is a great test for students that are interested in attending a 2 year college or trade school. Again, check the school admission requirements before taking any test.

*students enrolled in federal free or reduced price lunch programs, enrolled in a program for economically disadvantaged ex. GEAR UP or Upward Bound, reside in a foster home or are a ward of the state or homeless, or family receives low-income public assistance or lives in federally subsidized public housing, family's total annual income is at or below the USDA levels for free or reduced-price lunches listed on the USDA Food Nutrition Service Website may qualify for a test fee waiver
